As soon as your package leaves our warehouse (usually within 24 hours on business days), you will receive an email with your Track & Trace link. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder or get in touch.
If you have recevied your Track & Trace link, but it shows no information - please give it some time to fully update. If still nothing, do reach out!
Orders generally dispatch within 24 hours from our warehouse on business days. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you see a Track & Trace link, then your order has been handed over to the chosen carrier and is no longer in our possesion.

Returns & Exchanges
We happily offer returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and aim to process returning orders within 1-3 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
We handle exchanges for free. Refunds are costly for the planet, and for us. Therefore we charge €5 shipping costs for refunds - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics.
Pre-orders
We may offer pre-orders on selected styles during promotions. You will find an indication of the shipping time on each product page.
When ordering a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item in one order, the order will ship when the pre-ordered items are ready too. If both items in your basket are over €60, you are eligible for separate shipping. Submit your request by contacting us.
