Would you like to exchange or returns your items? No worries. We happily offer returns & exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

Returning is free from The Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, USA, and Canada.

Return Instructions

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or on the return form in the box. It’s six digits and starts with a #.

1. Fill in the return form you have received in your package
2. Pack your products in the original packaging and include the filled in return form
3. To download the shipping label (ensure to remove the old shipping label)
4. Schedule a pick-up via the links above or drop off your package with the carrier indicated on your return label
5. We will process your return within 5 days of receiving the package. It may take up to 30 days for a refund to be in your bank account.

Does the product not live up to the standards set on our website? Please contact us. We’ll happily find a suitable solution.

• LABFRESH items can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase.
• Items that have been used, washed, ironed or dry-cleaned cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned with the tag or sticker still attached.
• Socks can only be returned if the cardboard label is still attached.
• We can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Exchange tips

Is your LABFRESH item a bit tight when trying on? We recommend exchanging to a bigger size as cotton products might shrink up to 5% in the wash. Are you still in doubt? Contact us by chat or email with a picture of the garment while you wear it & share your weight and height. Our Customer Care heroes are fit experts and here to help!

Our colleagues at the warehouse work at ninja-speed and your exchange is handled within 5 business days of receiving your package back. If you need your garments quicker, we recommend placing a new order & requesting a refund on the return form.
